There is always something a person can do to improve themselves no matter how good they are already. My provider did a great job with me overall. I don't want any other. However, he could have provided me with better, more indepth sources of information about the procedure he is recommending.

Dr. Zahoor was wonderful. He took the time to actually Listen and explain the medical terms and procedures in a way that I could understand them, he immediately noticed how nervous I was during the exam and questions was very compassionate and patient with me. It is very important to me to have a doctor who doesn't treat me like a number. My cousin was with me, as soon as we left the exam room she took my hand, told me she was extremely satisfied with the entire process, we're finally going to get some help and answers, we both feel very confident about everything. Prayers have been answered.

I have been to numerous doctors during my adult life-time. The one I saw at UAMS on Wed. was one of the most impressive I have ever seen! He had already read about my history and current situation before entering the room. He asked questions and listened carefully to my answers. He explained WHY he believed what his diagnosis was (which coincides with my PCP's) and also WHY he was taking me off a specific medication (which was great!). His bed-side manner was fantastic! He should teach classes to the younger doctors on this! He closed the blinds (at my request) when I said I had a Level #10 migraine ( I was wearing sunglasses) and he also turned off the lights in the room for me! That was very thoughtful! He showed me my MRI with contrast and explained the markings on my brain to me. This wonderful man was caring, compassionate, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and extremely kind! It was an honor to meet him (but his accent is a tad heavy so he's quite difficult to understand).
