Everyone was very polite and worked very efficiently. The area was cleaned well. Everyone greeted me respectfully from the house keeper to the receptionist and the nurse taking my vitals. The care team took everything I said and incorporated into my care plan. They addressed all of my issues and repeated back to me how the information i provided worked into their plan. I needed labs done after the front desk was able to check me into lab so I didn't have to wait extra and the lab tech was nice and able to get to me quickly.
