Clinical Biography
Ripsy Jassal, M.D., has clinical and academic interests that include preventative medicine, inpatient and outpatient family medicine procedures, care of the aging and elderly, women’s health, community health education, and bringing primary care to people in marginalized or underserved areas. Before joining the medical community as a doctor, Jassal worked as a registered radiologic technologist.
What stands out most to her about working for UAMS Health are the staff, physicians and nurses. The open and warm environment of the clinic makes it possible to focus on caring for the community and for her patients.
In her free time, you’ll find her cooking spicy foods and enjoying them with friends and family. She also enjoys swimming, and is working to become a better swimmer.
