I've been to this physician 4 times maybe by more the last 2 times she never touched me. No basic exam nothing. I told the nurse the reason for my visit wrote it on the paper nurse entered the info Into computer. The Dr totally ignored it talked about other things but not my sensitive Issue. The visit before this one I feel like I provided therapy for your Dr listening to things her insurance won't cover for her child. I get it we need to vent. My courage level was up to get my issue treated and was totally ignored. I won't be going back to her. Ps I don't qualify for medicaid I make way to much for that.

#1. She NEVER introduced herself, never said her name. She came in looking for her missing stethoscope and I wasn't sure who she was, nurse? Doctor? Until I read her name tag that she was the doctor. She started typing away and asking routine health history questions which I had already answered on-line and didn't ever acknowledging we were NEW to town and how were we doing with that. A few typical checks: eyes, ears, mouth, back, joints, duck walk... Never checked abdomen, didn't ask about menstrual cycle, grades/social even though she was in a school uniform and had just transferred in the middle of high school to a new school and is repeating a grade. Didn't ask.

I am so grateful to get the great care at this clinic. It was my first visit, it was so nice to be heard to have had help going to testing that Dr Moore helped get going. I am forever grateful!
