Everything was great, except for we've never.... never did get a referral for the test that he was supposed to have run, that [PATIENT NAME] was supposed to have done. After contacting Dr. Sloan, Miss Sloan, she never did....she said she would get back with the nurse, but nothing's ever come of it. Thank you.

Ease of rescheduling appointment for next visit was not available. Medical provider described it as being simple and was hopefully unaware that the gentleman at the desk as I exited displayed an uncaring, uncooperative attitude.

This was the worst customer service I have ever received any medical setting. I was lied to, ignored, and blamed for something that was not my fault. I'm trying to explain the problem no one seemed to care what I was saying.

Please continue to offer/allow for video appointments! This was an in person visit, but, because we live over 1.5 hour drive one way from Little Rock, the ability to have at least half our appointments via video is very, very helpful.
