The nurse, [NAME], was very sweet and very helpful and I could understand her. And Mrs. Paulette, why the doctor, she was great. She knew everything. They both had read our children's charts and I think they're wonderful. And y'all have a nice day, a nice night. Thank you. Bye.

A little more time with the doctor would have been good to get a better understanding of what was going on with my child. The wait times are incredibly long but we understand that many families need care/evaluation and there seem to be very few specialists available.

We had an excellent experience. The only two things that need major improvement is the waitlist (took us months to get in, only to have to wait another year for an evaluation). The second thing, when we walked in the facility, the security officer (I think that what he was doing) seemed half asleep and didn't want to be there.

I understand that the reason it took 8 months to schedule an appointment was because they are so busy. Once we were there excellent care from the receptionist to nurse to the doctor

It was an EXTREMELY LONG process trying to get in to the center for treatment. I hope that is due to the specific expertise they provide and that it will be worth the wait to help my grandson in his treatments and diagnoses going forward.

This was a total waste of our time. We waited almost an hour to see the doctor. requested IQ testing and I got nothing. No testing whatsoever! My child was a micro premie and has had four years of education and still does not know his letter names and sounds. He has auditory comprehension deficits and is failing everything in school. This clinic provided nothing useful to my child. If this is all this clinic has to offer it should be shut down!
