Unfortunately my appointment was scheduled for midafternoon. My history was taken by a second year medical student, and he did a thorough job. I commend your teaching staff. The student quickly relayed my history to the doctor and the doctor gave me an assignment for my next appointment. Thus, we actually did not get into a discussion regarding my renal health. When I next meet with the doctor, I will have the necessary information form, and we will address my renal issues. This is a teaching hospital, and I keep this in mind as I rate this doctor. We really have yet to confer enough for me to rate him. I can tell you that he was pleasant and personable. If he is as thorough as the medical student, he will excellent.

the doctor did not seem to have my recent lab tests and ultrasounds that were done at [FACILITY] and given to the [FACILITY] APRN. I connected my MyChart from [FACILITY] to UAMS and it indicated that all records would then be available to him. It seems like that would have helped him make a better use of my visit to him

My medical team schedule my appointments with renal clinic. I do not have a clue at to when. There are medics that I take that may affect my kidneys. I pray that the medical team stays proactive and aggressive with my kidneys.

I enjoyed the nurse while I was there she's always friendly and cheerful and I seen another doctor before I seen my my doctor the prime and he was very nice and friendly I like him too and my doctor always like I enjoy and they helped me out so so much and explain things to me thank you

Ivr has my condition for nearly 30 years, during that time I've learned things that work for me and things that do not based on lots of trial and error. I feel like the staff is so accustom to traditional medicine that there is a cookie cutter approach to treatment that removes the feeling of personalized care.
