Had to return to the clinic a second day for treatment. Listen to the patient, especially if this is a reoccurring condition that has lasted for years. Do not tell patient, "If you have tightening in chest, please return". Treat the conditions so that will not happen. I ended up going to a third physician (private physician office) 3 days after the second visit with this doctor because condition got worse.
