Clinical Biography
Dr. Morgan Knight is a board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist whose clinical interests include taking a minimally invasive approach to fertility-sparing surgery, including myomectomy and resection of endometriosis, as well as complex hysterectomy and treatment of benign pelvic masses.

Academic Biography
Dr. Morgan Knight received her medical degree from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. She completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of South Carolina in Greeneville, South Carolina. Following residency, she continued her training, receiving a fellowship in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery at the University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, New York, where she was also a clinical instructor.

She was extremely insensitive! I left out of the office in tears because I felt completely disrespected in the way she spoke to me. As a surgeon I understand her job is to cut but to make the patient feel bad about themselves and continue to ask triggering questions once tears were rolling down my face was unacceptable!

The student provider was great, the doctor over was the problem

I rated the Provider poorly due to an unprofessional comment she made when I requested that the male Medical Student not be present during my examination. The Medical Student was already aware of my discomfort, having entered the room earlier to ask questions about my visit. When the Provider arrived and introduced herself, she summoned assistance, and a female assistant entered, followed by the male Medical Student. I inquired if it was possible for the male Medical Student to leave during my exam, to which the Provider bluntly suggested that I might prefer one of the many clinics with only female Providers. I was taken aback by her response, especially as I was partially undressed for the examination. I always specify a female Provider when scheduling appointments and have been a patient at UAMS Women's Health for over nine years, consistently receiving professional care.
