Dr Meredith was the star of the day. She was patient, relatable, courteous and confident. She projected such a caring attitude and answered all of our questions and relieved our fears. My wife who is a retired nurse of 40+ years was so impressed as well that she told me at lunch afterwards that she wanted to write a letter to the editor praising our visit and the level of professionalism. She has never written such a letter in the past in our 45 years of marriage. That's how impressed we were.
