The new doctor was only not up to speed because im [NAME]'s old patient so my new doctor could have been up to date on my medical history on short term notice i keep a update personally medical history at my house for disability records im trying to get my medical records r over 4 inches thinks. Im my new doctor is looked down upon for not being able to memorize such information on a brand new patient with a few minutes i will personally she my lawyer [NAME] help her legally anyway he can on my dime. The woman is an underestimated rising Star of a doctor with an endless future and im more than happy with her.
