My experience was phenomenal. Dr. Racher contacted me and ask what medical test I had prior to my visit, set up apts she needed me to have in order for her to proceed and she put me on her surgery roster In order to get me relief due to It filling up quickly. Dr. Racher discussed all my options fully, she covered all my questions and educated me fully on every avenue up until we went back to surgery that we could go down. She helped relieve my pain, improved my condition and gave me my life back. She Took the time to go over all options, and to listen to what I wanted and what was best for me. She Is an exceptional doctor. UAMS is lucky to have such a rock star on the team! She is confident professional and has a good bed side manner. I appreciate all her teams hard work. The pre op nurses where very kind, funny and made me feel at home. The whole team and the anesthesiologist and her assistant were very thorough. I was lucky to be able to have this team through out my whole experience while being treated. I would recommend her to anyone due to her extensive knowledge and exception skills in her field. She will positively impact/improve many individuals lives.

Dr. Racher has a casual but professional style of interacting with me and I appreciate this. I feel respected and heard by her. She gives me the information I need without either dumbing it down or talking about my head. She gives me choices about my treatment when there is is the option to do so rather than being very prescriptive about things.

Hi. So my problem wasn't with the doctor or with anything else. I think the doctor did really great, but it was a headache to even try to get this appointment. And I was also like waiting and having to get through the people and had to go through hoops just to reschedule the appointment, even though I had like been there. And they didn't call me. They called the wrong number. They called my dad instead of me, and they left me on hold forever the first time. And it was kind of just a huge headache to even get an appointment. It's one of the reasons I prefer going to a doctor, instead of these video calls and this is my only one, but I would

I would just say that I have been thoroughly impressed with all employees I have encountered through the UAMS system. Everyone is very helpful, courteous, and more importantly, TIMELY!! These things are the reason I choose to drive two hours to Little Rock for care with these providers!
