I have had support staff in other facilities treat me as if I was either a young child or senile, but the staff at UAMS treated me with respect and as I was a person who could and did understand what was happening and being said. It was an extremely pleasant experience.

W mainly discussed my upcoming neurosurgery, so of course he didn't have the necessary background to thoroughly discuss all of the potential risks.

It is the first time with this new doctor and the treatment was excellent as well as the way of explaining and clarifying doubts.

I usually see Dr. [NAME] and she's wonderful but sometimes I see the others in. I've never met one doctor that I did not like.
