When I was referred here I was told they'd also perform an MRI but they do not have MRI imaging at this location. I was given a referral for an MRI but they sent it to Little Rock a few hours drive away rather than a site in town. Additionally, even though I'm aware this is a teaching facility, the doctor I saw needed to get approval from someone else not in the room with us for his treatment plan which does not fill someone with confidence. Overall I just think there's room for improvement in giving confidence to patients.

The doctor listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. When asked to explain an item on my last blood draw, he did so in complete detail, which was very good, even though I didn't understand all of it.

He was nice. I know the topic of sexual health and stuff can be awkward but he did a decent job at making sure there was no "prancing" around the topic or avoidance of any awkward conversations. I do think perhaps a slightly more openness to having such conversations would be more beneficial for this particular physician but overall didn't seem too awkward.

Understandable that concern out of medical care is less when it's not a medical issue. Great with health was recommended a though I went in with. Im sure this new approach at my issue with your team member will be good.

In the past with other doctors I have had a very good experience. This particular care provider was rushed and very hurried, did not give me a complete examination at all, He offered no explanation other than a quick exam saying I had a sinus infection and here is a prescription for an anabiotic. After that he offered no flu, Covid, or blood work up at all. And with that he just hand me an anabiotic prescription. I still have a lot of drainage and cough and I told him one of my symptoms was the drainage but that was nothing he addressed. And the nurse did say my blood pressure was relatively high and she would be coming back in to check it but she did not. As you can tell this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a doctors office or hospital visit or anything!
