This was the first time I met Dr. Lauren, and that's what I'm calling her. And she was very courteous, very knowledgeable. She knew my history, even though this was actually the first time that we had met. She was just taking over from my previous PCP, and I was really concerned about having to basically break in a new person. She took it over, she knew my history. She wasn't originally going to be my PCP, but after we got through talking, she did say she would do that, and I'm very pleased with that. We had a good talk, good visit. She's extremely capable. I have absolute trust in her. Thank you very much.

She did not handle my situation and she didn't do anything to help with my health at all. I have been a patient for years with Oliver she is more interested in my habits than my health and medical needs.

My experience with this last appointment, the staff was nice, but I, they checked me in and I had to, I sat in the room for an hour and 30 minutes. No doctor came in. No one came. I came out the room to check to see what was going on. No nurses, no doctors, no anything. So I went to the front, the front, the ladies that check you in, they were very sweet. They were upset because of the way things were going. So one of the workers went and checked with the head nurse in charge. She said that she did not care. I was getting ready to leave, but then Dr. Gibson ended up coming. She said that she was still in the room with a, with a patient. So I feel like they can do better by at least checking in with the patient to let them know like, hey, we're running behind. You know, we apologize for this or that. No one said anything.
