I was very fortunate to have meet with Dr. L. Ready and her staff. She listened to my concerns and offered a plan of execution with no hesitation. She was knowledgeable about my symptoms and recommended the proper medication as well as explained everything thoroughly. And the very best part is that she was kind and showed empathy towards my situation.

I was well pleased with the nurse and the doctor that waited on me. They both work together well answered my questions and come all of my fears about my health issues , The receptionist was just as courteous and helpful also.

My only issue is the wait time. My appointment was scheduled for 1240, and even with the "15 minutes" to check in, I was still at least another 30 minutes before taken to the clinic room. Six people who came after I did were taken back before I was. I also understand that there's a staffing issue, which will add to wait times. I don't mind being appts being behind because I wanted to make sure my provider and I aren't rushed, so my expectation is that others will do as well. Perhaps someone in the registration area could keep us informed of any delays.
