When I first called to make an appointment I was told I couldn't be seen because I was had been on dialysis. I tried to explain to the lady that I wasn't on dialysis currently when j was discharged from the hospital they stopped the dialysis but wanted to see me in a week in the renal clinic to check my numbers to see if I could come off of dialysis. She refused to schedule me an appt. My mother had to call and somehow actually spoke to a doctor in charge just to get the appointment scheduled. It was ridiculous.

The staff is always courteous. Dr. Holthoff to is the best!!! He listens, he answers my question and quiets my concern's when necessary. He is always wilingl to answer to message via My Chart. I am so fortunate to have Dr. Holthoff on my team. I call my Care Team at UAMS my Medical Warriors. I am so thankful for Dr. Holthoff!

I was very impressed with Dr. Holthoff. He explained everything to me that I needed to know about my ailment and about the medication that I am on. And he went out of his way to explain everything and to make sure that I understood everything. And we definitely need more doctors like him. I was very impressed. I am almost [80+] years old and I rate him number one. Number one. He is super. Thank you.
