Medical staff listened to our questions and provided easy to understand answers. The surgical doctor was very informative and did not hold back talking about the things that we may or may not experience during this surgery and recovery. It was nice to know the real facts and he listened carefully to our concerns.

I understand that UAMS is a teaching hospital However, I am not comfortable with when I expect to see my doctor and do not. Although they are a team, they deliver information differently or do not even give the same information. Consistency is key.
