About Jessica B. Binz

Clinical Biography

Jessica Binz, PharmD, BCACP, is an assistant professor of pharmacy practice at UAMS College of Pharmacy and a clinical pharmacy specialist for the Family Medicine Clinic in Fayetteville. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from UAMS in 2013. She completed her PGY1 residency with Harps Pharmacy/UAMS College of Pharmacy in 2014, followed by a PGY2 residency in ambulatory care pharmacy with Triad HealthCare Network in North Carolina in 2015. Before joining the faculty at the UAMS Northwest Regional Campus, she practiced as a clinical pharmacist practitioner with the Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in Fort Smith from 2023 to 2024. Prior to this, she also practiced at the UAMS West Regional Campus from 2015 to 2023, contributing to both the UAMS Health Family Medical Center and the residency programs there.

Dr. Binz joined the UAMS Northwest Regional Campus faculty in 2024, where she provides leadership for the UAMS PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency Program and continues her clinical practice at the Family Medicine Clinic in Fayetteville. In addition to her clinical and teaching responsibilities, she provides support to the UAMS Northwest Regional Campus Family Medicine Residency Program.
