About Dr. Childs
Clinical Biography
Dr. Jacquelene Childs is a board-certified family physician. She loves to care for newborns and children while caring for their family units and promoting well-being. She is a Michigan native but spent 10 years in the greater Chicago area studying medicine and completing post-graduate training. She then returned to Oakland County, MI, and spent 9 years caring for children, adults, and pregnant patients, providing: preventative; acute; chronic; inpatient; and procedural care. She was able to provide a wide scope of patient care because of her primary role as a teacher and core faculty member of the Ascension Family Medicine Residency and Assistant Professor at Michigan State University.
Having now moved to Southern Arkansas with her husband and children she is excited to start caring for your family. Outside of medicine, she participates in church and children’s activities, is a University of Michigan football season ticket holder GO BLUE, and is attempting to “get out to get in” challenge of visiting all 52 Arkansas state parks.

Not willing to listen to me and made a decision about me off the bat no she is not a good doctor for me or my family and so for other people has voiced that concerns about her. Just because you went to school for your field you still need to be able to listen instead of being rude and a judger

This is [NAME] y'all did really well with giving me medicine, but the cream medicine that y'all give me, they cannot get it. It's a nationwide shortage on it, and I would like y'all to give me a different cream to rub on my back or something. Thank you.
