He explained to me the problem and what tests he will have done before next appt. Didn't see nurse only pct. Would be helpful to have phone numbers not just only be able to call scheduling . Portal doesn't work well if APN doesn't answer in a timely manner. She is doing better after I had to contact pt rep which I didn't want to do. Tks for survey
