I did not have a good experience. I waited 3 hours and was never seen. Only thing I got checked was my blood pressure which was extremely high. I had a few concerns about my health that I wanted to talk to with my doctor and she never came in to see me.

Care was provided by an intern. Discussion about changing medicine was brought up by surprise but not in great detail. The doctor was brought in but was not completely explained where I really understood it.

I like Dr. Mousa - knows her stuff - but needs improvement in communication skills. she needs to slow her speech down and speak directly to the patient, especially for those of us who are hearing impaired.

Dr Moussa is always very responsive and she's a great physician. Despite the fact that she was running late and I had to leave for my own clinic soon, she took the time to efficiently address not just my medical concerns but also any screening tests at my visit. She was very thorough. Her bedside manner is excellent and I find her a very caring physician.

Dr. Mousa always spends time listening to my concerns and responding to them. She is also wonderful about proactively managing my health care to prevent future problems. I am blessed to have her as my PCP.
