I really didn't feel like he heard what I was trying to explain what was going on and instead of focusing it felt like he was going in a different direction, I will see him again and hopefully it will be different but the jury is still out when it comes to keeping him as my doctor

This was the worst care I have ever received there. This provider did not know anything about what I had already been seen for at UAMS. I tried to describe the pain I am in- she did not understand. I asked for a handicap form for a car tag and was told I would need to get that from my PCP who by the way doesn't treat me for this condition. I explained that I had been offered it here several times before over the years and have never needed it until now. That didn't seem to matter. She knew nothing about CMT.... Why was I even set up with someone that didn't know anything about my diagnosis? I waited a whole year for this appointment, and it was a total waste of my time. I have called and asked to be scheduled with a different doctor and I was told I would have to be a released from this one. I didn't pick her and I do not want to see her again. I really need neuromuscular.... And Someone that understands my condition.

No problems connecting. The process for doing so was not well explained in messages I got prior to the call. I was able to get someone to answer the phone at the office and he was very helpful. On the other hand, it is usually difficult to get an actual person to answer at the office and messages I have left in the past have not been returned. So I was nervous about making this call and had the person I spoke to not answered I would have missed the telemedicine call entirely.
