Extremely impressed by Hannah Martin. She is concerned with treating the entirety of the patient- and symptoms. She listens attentively, and is easy to converse with. She is knowledgeable and empathetic, and strives to find an appropriate treatment based on my concerns. I always leave feeling heard and understood, and that I am part of the care plan.

Again, she was very nice and professional but also personable. I'd never had this kind of procedure done before, and as a trans person, you never know how a doctor will react to that. But every time she went to do something she would explain what she was doing, show me the tools she was using, and even asked for my pronouns at the beginning of the visit. Overall a very wonderful person and doctor.

I have been attended by nurses and doctors, the care has been good. They always try to explain as best they can.

I just feel like they could have listening more to my concerns. Seems like they didn't really care. Told the nurse about problems I was having and the care provider didn't even discuss them with me

I'm horrible with names and the APRN was new to me. I cannot accurately recall her name but she was very good. Listened to me, answered all my questions and gave me detailed yet clear answers. I never felt rushed or like she was trying to get out the door.
