I would like say, my appointment was at 9:30am. My check in was at 9:15am. I did not get called to the back till almost 10:00am, because the lady that was at the front desk on the second floor did not mark that I was there. Then when I got to the back I did not get seen until almost 11:00am. I feel like if it's so busy check in and let a person know . I did not leave until almost 12:00 noon. I shouldn't have been there for 2 hours. It will not happen again. I have PTSD and do not like sitting for so long. Please do better. My doctor was good. But the waiting took to long. I'm glad the nurse came in and apologized to me.

Check out person was not in lighted area and I had to ask for print out for the visit none was offered. Person on check out F at around noon was sleepy and not interested in helping any one. I had to walk all the way around empty offices until check in person sent me to the right office F with some one in side. Check out person did not invite me to sit down or to enter her space. not a welcoming behavior.

The APRN was 45 minutes late, and only after I opened the door to ask if they had forgotten me. Then she acted like she was put out, and didn't know why I was there. You all scheduled the appointment after l saw the doctor last year. She said at 65 they no longer do paps, etc.! She gave me the feeling that this type of work was below her. This is one reason I hate that you all use APRNs, and I will go elsewhere if that is my only choice at UAMS.
