Every time that I need to see the doctor every one treats me with respect and dignity. The staff are friendly and courteous. Even when they are busy and having a stressful day they smile and make sure that I don't feel neglected. Best staff then anywhere else.???

I thought I was going to have answers to my biopsy report. The Dr left the room for roughly 10 mins to go read the report. I had major questions on my Hpylori infection and the biopsy report. I told them how much pain I was having and was told to take Tylenol. The next day the pain got so bad I went to the ER and now I've been in the hospital 3 days. I understand it's a teaching clinic and they are learning. A little preparation for my appointment from the doctor would have yielded better results in the long run

I love the way that the doctor gave his input and he really, really listened to my input that I had going on and I would recommend him to anyone. I've never had a bad doctor or a bad experience visiting UAMS. Never. And I recommend them to anyone. They are excellent at their job. Really the nurses were really professional with me. Even the phlebotomist, she was really excellent with me. And I really do thank them for their job. And I thank you all and God bless.

The fact that I walked in and told doctor's about the pain I have been dealing with and nothing else will be done about all they do is set more appointments they have me ready to leave the state of Arkansas for care they have been horrible

I have always loved the nurses at UAMS however this time the very young nurse seemed to not listen to me. She also constantly referred to me as "we". As in "how do we feel about...." Very irritating
