Dr Smith was very comforting & explained his potential plan. Will know more during next visit. I really appreciated his willingness to help me find an internal medicine Dr. it's been very difficult to find a Dr that will take a new patient, but he has made a referral to someone he respects & believes will be a good fit for me.

I was very pleased. Everyone was very polite and happy to assist me. My response to the nurse in the questions was very simple because she just showed me to the room and because I was there for a procedure the Dr couldn't perform at this office, I had to wait and schedule UAMS Spinal Hopital.

All of the staff were very joyful, personable, welcoming and kind. Doctor Gregory Smith took his time to listen and respond appropriately. His bedside manner is comforting. I'd love to have him on my team of primary care providers and will definitely recommend this practice to others.

Dr. Smith has revived my confidence in the medical field. Obviously brilliant, Dr. Smith explained my situation in terms I easily understood. He provided several treatment options. Then after working through each one, we refined our objectives and arrived at what we think is the best path forward. I felt safe as my husband drove us home. If I could ever have a grandson, I would want him to be like Dr. Smith, unassuming, concerned about others, excellent at his profession, and a good listener. Plus he wears boots!

I am a new patient. My appt. and x-ray took about 1 hr. , 35 mins. I never waited more than 5 mins. to continue my appt. I greatly appreciated this kind of service. I did not know to bring my parking ticket with me. When I checked out at the front desk downstairs, the lady who helped me, asked me to call her when I got to my car to give her the numbers on my ticket. She validated my ticket over the phone! Terrific service!!

My arm still hurts... when I turn my head to the left too fast. Can't look up for too long. I don't believe the shot helped completely. Instead it made me more nauseous and have different pain and numbness.

I originally told referring physician I did not want tge procedure but was told I couks not have a surgical follow-up until I had the consultation. I spent two hours driving to appointment and Sr. Smith convinced me that tge procedure could very possibly help. He then told me my insurance would not cover it. So that was almost 4 hours I can't get back.

I needed another one follow up phone calls. I only got one follow up phone call after my procedure, and I have experience pain. But I need to understand more extensively and I did not get any more follow up calls. So I need more communication, and understanding of what I need to do and I also need to know if I should come in and be seen again. So I haven't heard anything back from the doctor since so that I didn't like. Thank you.

Need to make sure insurance covers procedures before scheduling. We were called 1 hour before procedure to tell us insurance had denied it. Still have not got it rescheduled. Waiting for appeal to be processed.
