Yes, he should have checked my heart to see if my heart was pumping right. I had heart surgery. He didn't look at my nostrils anything. I went in there, usually the doctor does everything look at my ear. He did none of those things... I guess he figured I was another doctor patient there. He gave me what I want, but he didn't fulfill my needs. Thank you. Now I got to get another appointment with some other clinic somewhere because I don't trust him anymore.

My normal doctor is almost impossible to get in to see. I scheduled the appointment 6 months before. He was sick so they rescheduled me two days later with the resident. I discussed my weight with her and how I was trying to loose weight with the help of a nutritionist but my weight was an emotional trigger for me. When the visit was over and I was waiting for the nurse to take blood for labs, the resident comes back in with a printout. I assume it's information about weight loss, inhaler use, or blood pressure so I look at the paper. It is the paperwork that you normally get when you checkout. In the top right corner are the vitals in large print. The staff at the front desk asks if you want this paperwork. It is never just given to you. I sat in the room and cried for ten minutes panicking over seeing my weight and the disrespect I felt she showed me by not listening and hearing that I have an issue with my weight. I don't know if she did it maliciously or if it was just something she dose with all of her patients. At the time it felt as if she was showing how little care she had for my fight to try to loose weight. I had to reach out to my nutritionist for help so I would not binge when I left or make some other bad decision. I was on the phone with a friend for two hours just so I could run errands and not buy food and eat. Then I went through the weekend fighting to get out of bed. Please let her know she needs to give her patients a choice of rather they get that sheet of paper or not. I have MyChart for a reason. Sorry for the long rant but I feel this issue should be addressed. That was the loneliest ten minutes I have fought with in a long time and to feel traped in a little room on top of it all made it worse.

My primary care physician had cancelled by my scheduled physical so I was under the impression I needed to see a Dr to get my prescriptions extended. Turns out, primary care physician extended my prescriptions and I didn't need so see a Dr at all. It was a wasted trip and wasted co-pay because the appointment scheduler either did not have the ability or take the time to see the status of my current prescriptions. The nurse and Dr on site were fine. I just wish the scheduler would have seen that prescriptions were active until my rescheduled "annual" visit with the primary care physician and saved me the time and money of an office visit for nothing.

He treated me like all my health problems are caused by depression. He give me medicine that was to numb my mind not to help figure out what is causing my pain and swelling. Then he emailed me to tell me my test results were normal and everything is caused by my depression. If he had taken the time to look at my medical history he would have seen that a lot of times usual common tests are normal or close to normal. But he got an idea that because I'm sad from losing my father that now it's all depression. I'm not depressed I'm sad. I don't need to be numb from that.. that is part of the process of healing. I really hope he doesn't treat others this way. I feel really disrespected and now I do feel depressed because I feel I can't get any help.
