This clinic is difficult to get in to the doctor. My son hasn't had a routine check up in years. Two appointments were canceled. The first was canceled while we were driving to the appointment. The second was canceled while I was walking to the receptionist. Both were by phone. When I tried to reschedule the receptionist looked at her appointment screen and said "I just don't know when we can get your son in for his check up. I asked for him to be on a call list. That was way over a year. I was given an appointment for an infection but she didn't even look in his ears. He is Down syndrome and very sensitive to infection. If I had known somewhere else to go I certainly would have.
