Dr. Maranto, He was so concerned and considerate. He took more time with me than any doctor ever has. He made me feel comfortable and like he was going to do all he could help me. I was very thankful that the Lord sent me there.

I was very disappointed in the visit as I was told I would get a shot for a pain I have had for months that had not been diagnosed. Had 3 or 4 appointments to discuss followed by MRI then this visit where I was to get an explanation of the pain and a shot. Got the explanation, but no shy for 3 weeks. I can not stand for up for more than 5 minutes tolerating the pain. I was told it was an insurance issue. The whole just set me off and stared crying alone in the room for 20 minutes.

Didn't have enough time to discuss/ask questions with Dr.Maranto. Maybe doctors have too many patients, too much documentation, 15 minutes with a doctor concerning a serious health condition isn't adequate!

Delays in getting this treatment were due to the insurance not the doctors and nurses. Excellent service by UAMS.
