DR. Cragle explained everything to me in detail and listened carefully to my questions. I was not only impressed by his knowledge and skill but also the kindness, care, and concern he showed to me.

APRN [NAME], Dr. Cragle, and RN [NAME] were all very informative explaining everything really well. Dr. Cradle and APRN Cynara took their time getting my history and answering the questions I had. I feel very much at ease and in good hands when I left.

The doctor was completely unprepared. He had no knowledge of my scans and very basic knowledge of the pathology of my cancer. He had no real plan or particular recommendations. We are being referred to another oncologist for treatment because we asked to be referred. The doctor did say he would put a port in for chemo but had no plans initially. It was a wasted 3 hour drive on our part. My wife and I knew more about my biopsy and we are having to figure out our own treatment path because this was the least helpful and zero insight medical visit I've had in my lifetime. I'm not seeing how waiting two weeks after the biopsy for some unconcerned and uninformed physician who actually stated he knew very little about lung cancer to walk in and tell me I have cancer and no plans as going forward. This absolutely was not patient centered care. If the goal was to discourage and waste the time of someone with cancer, you succeeded.
