My provider was fantastic! My phones video sound wasn't working right so we tried another platform, which didn't work either. So then he called, and we talked on the phone while videoing.

Doctor continues to keep inaccurate medical records that they do not have labs on to support. He volunteered to let me see baby, but forgot. When he came in, he did a rush job and showed 2 images that are not even visible and printed them off. It has been a week since results have been available, and I have not been informed except through MyChart. RBC, Hemoglobin, and Hemocrit are all low, but no follow up about next steps. Also, urine cultures showed UTI, and prescription has not been called in. I can see 2-3 days, but a week later and no one contacting you is not good practices.

I should have asked more questions but he wanted me to complete the Gestational diabetes test early in my second trimester instead of 26-28 weeks. I would have liked to know why.

Hi, Chad Taylor is an amazing OBGYN. He honestly cares about his patients and he takes the time to explain things and he's just really amazing. If I could say one thing you guys need to work on, it's your financial clearance office and the people that we have to deal with on that end of it are very rude, extremely rude. The accounting office is fine, but specifically the financial counselors, there's two that when I need financial clearance I have to call and talk to and they cut me off and they're super rude the entire time I'm talking to them. So that would be lovely if they could be retrained, but as for Chad Taylor, he is amazing. He deserves all the praise. He's a great physician and he truly respects women and their choices. So that's all I have to say about him.
