Just don't understand why it would take almost 2 hours just to draw blood and thought I was seeing the Doctor only to find out he was on vacation. I even messaged about seeing him due to other problems I wanted to relay to him only to get a message back that my appointment was the [DATE] . Never did they tell me that Doctor was out of town. I'm just really frustrated with it all. Sorry for ranting.

Going to The Spine Center for labs is a terrible decision. Coming from the Family Clinic, the sidewalks are very hazardous, uneven and there is no handicapped railing. Parking is impossible, so those of us with handicapped parking are creating a problem for incoming patients. There are no specific directions, so I didn't know whether to go straight to the lab or the main area. Why did you change this procedure?

I believe that the doctors and physicians can actually do better by listening to the patient. If they say that they're in pain, they need to listen to them instead of minimizing their pain and just making sure that they know the health care providers act like they hear about the pain that the patient is going through.

Nursing services was great at EMS, even the front desk. The breakdown of communication with the nurse practitioner was terrible. She twisted and turned my words, tried to say I've only been seeing Dr. [NAME] for three years, although, I'm the one who signed my kids up to come there right af ... right after they left the pediatrician and been coming there before three years. Did not know ... the meds, kept ... I kept repeating things three, four, five times. It was ridiculous. It was just like I was being integrated there and this is not the treatment I was normally used to and I've been in health care 27 years, and this was ridiculous. Do not want to see her again as a provider. And this was the practitioner for Dr. [NAME] that was filling in.

The Doctor was unfamiliar with my son, only because she had never seen him before. She gave excellent care.
