About Candace Leah Rolston

Candace “Leah” Rolston is an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner who is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is licensed in Arkansas and provides comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
Leah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas and her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University. In 2013, she joined the Thomas and Lyon Longevity Clinic within the UAMS Donald W. Reynolds Institute on Aging, where she continues to provide care today.
Leah provides comprehensive primary care for adults ages 65 and older, including preventive services, acute and chronic disease management, and annual wellness visits. She is committed to building meaningful, lasting relationships with her patients and their families. Guided by a patient-centered approach, Leah takes the time to listen, understand each individual’s needs, and deliver compassionate, personalized care.
