I waited over 2 hrs past my appointment time to see the Dr. He rushed into the room and never even sat down. He asked a few questions and told his Resident what he wanted to do and then left. I was told to go to the lab for a blood draw after I made an appointment. There was no one at the appointment desk but a lovely lady stopped by to tell me this Drs appointment clerk was at lunch and that she would call me to schedule. That was 8-23-21 and as of 9-5-21 I have not received a call.

I was advised if I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, I would be rescheduled. I waited an hour and a half before I was called to the back to see the doctor.

We had to drive 4 hours to get to Little Rock and upon arrival. We went through the all the process, which was great, but the doctor wasn't able to see us, we had to see his fellow, because he was doing a procedure phone call. Would have been appreciated at some point. When they realized that. And we had to wait 2 months to get the appointment.

I was pleased that I saw not only the person that took my blood pressure, and that sort of thing. I saw the nurse, and I saw the doctor all at different times, but the thing I did not appreciate was that we were there for about 3 hours. Alright, my appointment was at [TIME]. And since it was my first time, there we came early. It was very cold in that room. And we saw the girl that took the blood pressure, and then it was a long, long time before the nurse came in, and she did some things at the computer, but it was not even I don't I didn't find it even necessary for her to be there.
