She was absolutely horrible! Barbara McDonald is the worst APN I have ever experienced in my life! To date, she has still not provided or responded to me about a requested letter from 2 weeks ago! If it was not for the front desk staff asking me to give Dr. [NAME] a try, My husband, my daughter and I would never return.
