Not a great experience; lots of push back on getting routine labs I use to monitor my blood work which I have been getting for years. Both resident and attending lectured me and tried to talk me out of getting blood work done. I could go to [FACILITY] Labs and get this done without question but I like to keep my records with UAMS.

All UAMS clinics ask you to be there 15 minutes ahead of your appointment time. There were 5 of us in the parking lot between 7:30 and 7:45. The door says that the clinic opens at 7:45. In fact, the clinic does not open until 8:00. Doesn't leave much time to check in OR it starts the whole day with the doctors running late. Probably need to fix this.
