Clinical Biography
Arpit Patel, M.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine. He practices at the Rahling Road Clinic. Dr. Patel received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in 2011. He completed his residency in family medicine at JFK Medical Center in Edison, N.J., in 2015.
Dr. Patel has practiced in Arkansas for the past four years, serving in rural and underserved areas and as an urgent care physician. He is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Arkansas Medical Society and the American Board of Family Medicine. He is also involved in healthcare-related community service.

Dr Patel has poor bedside manner and lacks any empathy or compassion. I waited 40 mins to be seen, granted me 10 mins with Patel as he sat facing the computer typing. Asked If I had any concerns only to be interrupted mid sentence, have me move to the examination chair, and just completely disregard what I was saying. I would prefer to be called crazy or paranoid than to be ignored. I was so upset that I left without getting my labs drawn. I will not see Patel again

I was here to establish care, however, all preventive care items were put off until an appointment 3 months later in 2025.
