We were told my son had too many problems. Didn't know how to help. No treatment (s) offered or planned.

Dr. JinDal did less than a good job on my knee. She never did tell me anything about what she was going to do. The 1st 2nd and 3rd session consisted of putting needles around my left knee. The 1st session was extremely painful as I was given nothing for the pain. The 2nd session was the same. The 3rd was to burn a nerve in my knee. Again, nothing for the unbearable pain. The fact is she never told me she was doing Acupuncture. I do not believe in it and would have had it done had I known. The pain was gone for a few days but the knee has hurt ever since. I am looking for a good orthopedic doctor to see about my knee.

Yes, the nurses were outstanding, very friendly. And the doctor, she is by far the most kindest, empathetic, understanding, loving doctor that I have been to in several years. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs to go to the Orthopedic and Spine Institute.
