I was pleased with everyone I talked to that day it's just the idea of me having take off from work, rent a car and drove 2hrs and 45mins just to talk about my IVC filter and then scheduled a CT scan for a later date. I could've just been told all of this over the phone.

They were very informative and kind. I had many questions and they explained my care to a degree I was comfortable with. They explained complications and their likelihood in ways that I could understand and really helped me to lay out a plan that makes me feel heard and included. Decisions were made with me and not for me.

Doctors there do not explain at all that I had a stent in me in my liver no one said it was in my liver also about the pain medication I needed and needed to see another doctor for that and have to wait for a follow-up very poorly no one should have to wait to see a doctor over a month it's ridiculous y'all spend more time on vacations and day off the more than I spend with the patients and it is brush You by and put it on another doctor it's just poorly here and I just came from [OUT OF STATE]
