I was pleased with everyone I talked to that day it's just the idea of me having take off from work, rent a car and drove 2hrs and 45mins just to talk about my IVC filter and then scheduled a CT scan for a later date. I could've just been told all of this over the phone.

They were very informative and kind. I had many questions and they explained my care to a degree I was comfortable with. They explained complications and their likelihood in ways that I could understand and really helped me to lay out a plan that makes me feel heard and included.
