Dr. Mian's Research

Mian has received several intramural and extramural grants and has numerous publications. He has also championed quality improvement projects including strategies to decrease central line blood stream infections (CLABSI) among cancer patients. Most recently Dr. Mian completed a MBA-Health Care and has made numerous presentations on costs and value in US Health care.

Research Interests

Dr. Mian's research interest focuses on exploring bio-markers predictive of clinical outcomes with an emphasis on sepsis and fever-neutropenia.
