RN [NAME] who has bent over backwards to help with my scheduling and also answers all my text and emails. And Dr [NAME] showed concerned with my issue and eased my mind on my upcoming surgery.

Nurse Practitioner Amelia [RAY] Ferguson is always extremely supportive and helpful when I see her. She listens to all of my questions and concerns and spends as much time as she needs to make sure I understand everything. She is well acquainted with my history and has always been very attentive to my care. I would happily recommend her to anyone with back problems!

I was on time for my appointment. Once called to the exam room, I waited over an hour (with no explanation) before I saw a clinician. This seems to be the norm at this clinic which is very frustrating.

They should have looked at her condition before scheduling the appointment because they put her threw alot of pain for nothing because she can't stand up at the time

No one ever wants to resort to spinal surgery. I am blessed that I trusted Dr. [NAME]and his team to take care of my procedure. Amelia is a huge asset to the team and her showing and telling me what was done was much appreciated.

L'Amelia was sharp. She knew the condition I was in. She listened to what I had to say and then consulted with the doctors. They're very technologically and physically knowledgeable about my condition and they were great. Anyway, I appreciate their input. Thank you.

There was an over 30 minutes delay for me to check in. Although, I called financial assistance prior to my arrival, as I was instructed to do so. I needed clearance because I am still waiting for Medicare to be reinstated. The departments needs to collaborate to ensure the patient accurately receives the care they need.

Before seeing the patient, be SURE and review the chart and all diagnostic tests/scans/reports relating to the visit! In my case, I (the patient) had to point out something of concern on my recent CT scan. Honestly, I felt like (and have felt like this for since my [PROCEDURE] with this clinic) my problem was being ignored and overlooked. I was sent on my way with "everything looks good" but I still have the problem and its symptoms. Seems as if this was a waste of my time.

Had surgery on [DATE] and called several times to let doctor know I was having problems. Felt they were not concerned and was told to go to the emergency room by[NAME]. Felt after surgery I would see my doctor Dr.[NAME] not a nurse practitioner since he knew me and she didn't. Now after 4 months I have to start all over!!! Had this problem for over two years and I was excited with Dr. [NAME] not sure how I feel about him.Ask for something for pain since[ MONTH} and their answer was no even going through this again due to the surgery not working.
