Our first visit with this team was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, my daughters and I were treated with kindness, patience, respect, and genuine care. All providers were ALL equally amazing! We felt comfortable, heard, and cared for throughout the entire visit. There was plenty of laughter, which made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming, but at the same time, they were incredibly thorough. We accomplished so much during that first appointment. Our health concerns were listened to and addressed, bloodwork was completed, follow-up care was arranged, and we left feeling like there was an actual plan in place for our health moving forward. What stood out to me most was that the care felt genuine. We never felt rushed or like we were simply another appointment on the schedule. You could truly tell that the entire team cares about the health and well-being of their patients. Even the check-in and check-out experience was wonderful, which says a lot about the office as a whole. Everyone we encountered contributed to making our first experience such a positive one. Resident's tone was professional and calm, she made me feel comfortable. She took time to explain her opinion on treatment as well as the subsequent conversation she had with the attending physician. The visit was quick and efficient, but not rushed.
