I really enjoy my visits with Dr. Norris. She is so easy to talk to and explains everything so that I understand it. She's the best.

The negative experiences have to do with the doctor's not listening. And when they listen, they're not explaining my conditions that are impacting my functioning of care. They are not answering my questions about medications and procedures.And i've asked several times for referrals, to something simple as a podiatrist, spinal care, ect. I have been asking for someone to explain my conditions of my health. So I understand why have lack of functioning and how to improve. I have extremely serious health conditions that are not being treated. And in fact, i've been taken off pills that have kept me going. I have had both my care. Advocate health care, coordinator caseworker and management, as well as my partner to explain and review and to assure the with the doctors to try to come across with communication as effectively as a possible.We are getting nowhere.

I never expected it to go so well it was an excellent visit and I was very shocked. I don't know it just clicked with her so well and I felt like we covered every single thing in a Very efficient and timely manner with no loose ends. I really like her so much and I'm sure she's graduating to go elsewhere but that's OK. It's great care there
