About Dr. Costa
Clinical Biography
Dr. Amanda Costa is an assistant professor in the Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is an academic hospitalist spending time on clinical duties as well as medical education. Her main interests are patient safety, quality improvement, and complex patient care.

Academic Biography
Dr. Amanda Costa attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine, followed by pediatric residency training at Salah Foundation Children’s Hospital/Broward Health Medical Center in Florida, where she also served as chief resident. Following her residency training, she moved to Michigan to complete her pediatric hospital medicine fellowship at CS Mott Children’s Hospital – University of Michigan.
