This was my first visit to this clinic. Other than a slightly rude intake person, I found the entire clinic staff to be most pleasant and helpful. Kudos to the receptionist for being so nice! Finding the clinic was a stressful experience as ubiquitous construction projects with poor signage made navigating the building frustrating. Originally I went into the wrong building and was helped by an extremely nice employee who called a shuttle for me and waited in the rain with me for the shuttle to arrive. I wish I had his name so that he could be recognized for the outstanding service he provided. He/she is trans (I think) and works at the front desk in the building across the street from the Outpatient Center. This person exemplifies good customer service and should be commended. Thank you for letting me share my experience.
