Spoon full of fresh apple crumble from single serving

Low-Sugar Cinnamon Oatmeal Apple Crisp (serves 2)

Ingredients:

2 cups granny smith apples, peeled and chopped

1 teaspoon cinnamon, divided

6 packets SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener, divided

1/4 cup baking mix, heart smart

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon light margarine

 

  1. PREHEAT oven to 375°F.
  2. Stir together apples, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 3 packets of SPLENDA®Naturals Stevia Sweetener. Set aside.
  3. Mix remaining 3 packets of SPLENDA®Naturals Stevia Sweetener, and ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon with baking mix, oats, and salt in a large bowl. Add unsalted butter and mix with a fork until incorporated.
  4. PLACE 1/2 of the apple mixture into an oven safe single-serve bowl. Top with 1/2 of the oat mixture. Repeat for second serving.
  5. BAKE for 35-45 minutes.
