Herbed Vegetable Dip
1 cup nonfat or low fat plain Greek yogurt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp dried dill (or 2 tsp fresh chopped dill)
1 tsp dried parsley (or 1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley)
1 tbsp minced fresh chives (or 1 tsp dried chives)
Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix with a spoon or spatula until well blended. This can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to mingle. When ready to serve transfer to a serving dish along with fresh cut vegetables for dipping. Vegetables such as carrots, celery, pepper strips or mini peppers, cucumber slices, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. pair well with this dip.
