UAMS Announces September Computer Classes for Seniors

Class schedules for September are: 
    • Photo Editing on Mondays and Wednesdays, noon – 2 p.m. 
    • Introduction to Computers on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.

The monthly cost is $40 per course for individuals and $65 for couples. An optional textbook is $15. For more information and to register for a class, call 501-603-1262.

The monthly program is administered by SeniorNet, a nonprofit volunteer group. Classes are in Room 1155 at the Institute on Aging, 629 Jack Stephens Drive, Little Rock. The types of classes vary monthly and include lessons on the Internet, word processing, Windows XP, genealogy and spreadsheets. Times and days of the classes vary month to month, and no classes are held in December.
