The doctors in our Cancer Surgery Clinic work with medical and radiation oncologists from the UAMS Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute and throughout the state to provide you with excellent, comprehensive cancer care.
Our clinic is directed by a fellowship-trained surgical oncologist and offers complete tumor care and advanced surgical techniques for local or metastatic disease.
Multidisciplinary health care, which incorporates input from caring specialists in many different areas, is the standard for all our clinics at the UAMS Rockefeller Cancer Institute.
Depending on your condition, you may be eligible to enroll in clinical research studies offering new and innovative cancer treatments not available elsewhere in Arkansas.

What should I bring to the appointment?
For your first appointment, please bring a photo ID and your insurance card along with a list of any medications you’re taking, including over-the-counter medications. You should also bring any medical records you can provide, including slides or test results from other clinics.
For future appointments, please provide updated medical and insurance information.
How do I request a prescription refill or contact a nurse from the clinic?
For the health of your child and the safety of our patients, we ask that children age 12 and younger remain on the first floor in the lobby or café.
We realize that this may be a challenge for patients without childcare options. If you must bring your child, please visit the Welcome Desk when you arrive and they will assist you in finding an appropriate and safe place to wait with your child.
Parking: Self parking is available in Parking 3 at the corner of Cedar and Capitol. Parking stubs for patients are validated in the clinic. For your convenience, park on Levels 2B, 3B, 4B or 5B. Valet parking is available in front of the Cancer Institute for a fee.
Take the Cancer Institute elevators in Parking 3 at Level 2B. Exit the walkway on Level 2B of Parking 3 and you will be at the Cancer Institute’s entrance. Enter the Cancer Institute and take Elevator D to the 7th floor or visit the Welcome Desk for assistance.
