Hi. I’m Jeana, certified Grief Yoga teacher® and family aftercare coordinator at ARORA. In my own 20-year yoga practice, I’ve found yoga has enabled me to slow down and find some peace even in the saddest and most difficult of times.
As a teacher, I’m able to share the tools of yoga and meditation for self-care to families dealing with serious illness and grief. Grief yoga combines movement, breath techniques, and different forms of yoga to aid in processing and connecting with the grief.Please join me for virtual practice via Zoom at 11 a.m. on the second Tuesday of the month this May-August. All skill levels welcome. Practice may be done in a chair or on a yoga mat.
