½ cup each granulated and brown sugars
¼ cup prune puree
¼ cup water
1 Tbsp. nonfat milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
½ tsp each baking soda, baking powder, and salt
1 cup rolled oats
Preheat oven 350oF. Coat baking sheets with vegetable cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl beat sugars, prune puree, water, milk, and vanilla; blend thoroughly. In a small bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix dry ingredients with prune mixture; stir in oats. Drop dough by generous teaspoonfuls spaced apart onto prepared baking sheets; bake 12 minutes, remove to racks to cool completely.
